These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales concluded through the website www.sensilia.com between OCEAN VERT DISTRIBUTION (the "Seller") and consumers, adult natural persons acting for non-professional purposes.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The products offered for sale on the website include in particular wellness products, cosmetics, and products intended for animals, including the PERNIXOL range®.
The essential characteristics of the products (composition, user profile, usage instructions, precautions for use, storage conditions) are presented on the product pages. The Customer is required to read them before placing any order.

It is the Customer's responsibility to strictly follow the instructions, dosages, and precautions stated on the packaging and/or the product sheet.
In case of doubt (medical condition, ongoing treatment, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or use on an animal that is ill, undergoing treatment, pregnant or has a particular sensitivity), it is recommended to seek prior advice from a healthcare professional or veterinarian.
The Seller may not be held liable in the event of use that does not comply with, or is contrary to, the recommendations provided.
The Customer declares to be at least 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.
Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs, which are specified before the final order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Prices displayed are expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) for deliveries made in mainland France and within the European Union.
For deliveries to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) or countries outside the European Union, prices may be displayed excluding taxes (excl. VAT).
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer selects the products, provides the information required for delivery and billing, and then proceeds to payment.
Creating a customer account is not required to place an order.
The order becomes final after payment validation and confirmation sent by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, payment refusal, or suspicion of fraud.

Orders paid by cheque or bank transfer are processed after actual receipt of payment.
Credit/debit card payments are secured by an SSL encryption protocol and may be subject to enhanced 3D Secure authentication in order to combat fraud.
The Seller has no access at any time to the Customer's banking data.
The interest-free payment in 3 instalments is handled by several independent payment providers (Alma, Klarna…). The instalments are collected and processed directly by the selected provider.
In the event of a change of credit/debit card, a payment incident, or for any question regarding the instalments, the Customer must contact the selected provider directly.
Promotional offers or promo codes may be offered on an occasional basis.

In the event of a refund, it will be made on the basis of the amount actually paid after the promotion has been applied.
Any fraudulent use will result in the cancellation of the benefit granted.
The delivery terms (areas served, shipping methods, fees and timeframes) are specified at the time of order and detailed on the Shipping & Returns.
Deliveries are made to mainland France, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and certain countries outside the European Union, depending on the options available at the time of order.
Relay point delivery is free for purchases of €50 or more.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, every day at 2:30 PM.
Any order placed after 2:30 PM is shipped the next business day.
Any order placed from Friday after 2:30 PM through Sunday inclusive is shipped the following Monday.
Indicative timeframes (mainland France):
A tracking email is sent upon shipment and upon delivery.
If the Customer is absent during a home delivery, the parcel is placed in the letterbox, provided its dimensions allow this.
If delivery to the letterbox is not possible, the parcel is made available at a nearby post office or collection point, and the Customer is informed.
In the event of delivery of damaged products (breakage, leakage, deterioration), the Customer must contact customer service as soon as possible by email at support@sensilia.com or by phone at +33 5 54 54 00 79, attaching photos of the parcel and the affected products.
After verification, the Seller will proceed, depending on the situation, with a replacement or a refund. No return may be made without prior agreement.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
Products must be returned unopened, complete and in their original packaging.
The refund is made in accordance with the legally prescribed timeframes and terms.
The products benefit from:

PERNIXOL® products benefit from a commercial “60-Day Satisfaction” guarantee, in addition to legal warranties.
The guarantee applies exclusively to unopened PERNIXOL® products purchased on www.sensilia.com.
The guarantee is valid for 60 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The Customer must contact customer service by email or phone before any return. No return may be made without prior validation.
The procedure is detailed on the Shipping & Returns.
The refund covers the amount actually paid, excluding shipping and return fees, and is processed within a maximum of 14 days after validation of the request.
The guarantee does not apply in cases of improper use, failure to observe precautions, use on an unintended species, or abusive requests. This commercial guarantee does not replace legal warranties.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer is invited to consult the dedicated pages Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website.
All website content is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after first making a written request to customer service.
