We then establish a shared quality control plan with these partners (testing, microbiology, organoleptic evaluation) and run laboratory sample tests to confirm the product's technical and sensory profile.
Each scientific formulation is fine-tuned until we achieve the right balance of efficacy, safety, and tolerance.
Before any large-scale production, each new formula is manufactured in small pilot batches.
